West Farm, 400 years old and Grade II listed, is located in the village of Appledore with its long history of seafarers, smugglers and shipbuilding. Situated on Appledore's most picturesque street and just twenty paces from the sea, West Farm, which stands side-on to the road, appears to be, at first glance a small townhouse but upon entering its courtyard through the wrought iron gate you discover a grand unpretentious old home.
Of the three bedrooms the large Garden Suite with its direct access onto the beautiful and secluded secret garden is particularly popular. Devotees of antiques and high-ceilinged rooms opt for the spacious and traditionally decorated double room with its grand half-tester bed. - Read more about: West Farm |
